Answers before you ask
The things clients most often want to know before they write to us.
-
How does the process begin?
With a written enquiry. A coordinator reads it personally, replies within one business day, and arranges a call at a time that suits your time zone.
-
How do you choose the hospitals you work with?
Every hospital and specialist is assessed before joining the platform — on the strength of the treating team, the standard of care around the procedure itself, and their experience of looking after international patients.
-
Will someone be with me in Thailand?
Yes. Your coordinator accompanies you through admission and remains reachable for the length of your stay, including for your family at home.
-
What happens to my medical records?
They are stored securely and shared only with the clinicians involved in your care. They are never used for marketing and never passed to a third party.
-
Do you arrange travel as well as treatment?
Flights, residence, ground transport, interpreters and companion arrangements are all handled as part of the service.
-
What does it cost?
Treatment costs are quoted by the hospital and set out in writing in your proposal, alongside our own fee, before you commit to anything.
